Project will be developed after requirement discussion and approval. Limited revisions are included. Major changes after approval will be charged additionally.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

After full payment, the final website or software will belong to the client. However, reusable code modules and development frameworks remain our property.

7. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

We follow best SEO practices but cannot guarantee specific rankings on search engines because search engines control their algorithms independently.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Advance payment is non-refundable
• Completed work cannot be refunded
• Custom software cannot be returned
